HEALTH/OCCUPATION DISCLOSURENote that I am a full-time college student, a self dx autistic, professionally dx ADHD and have Hashimoto’s disease which makes me chronically tired, and may affect my ability to deliver work within strict timeframes. Your patience and communication is greatly appreciated. Feel free to message me anytime for updates!

Payment TermsAccepted payment methods include: Cash App, Venmo, and PayPal.Payment must be made in full either before the start and/or within 24 hours of sketch completion. Failure to do so will result in cancellation.If a commission is canceled due to non-payment, you may message again at a later date when payment can be made.

Art Usage & RightsClients do not receive the commercial rights to commissioned artwork unless explicitly negotiated.When using the artwork, you may not;
Resell, reproduce, and/or distribute the artwork for profit.
Use the artwork for AI training reference or generation.
Mint the artwork as NFTs under any circumstances.Violating these terms may result in being blacklisted and/or legal action.If granted commercial rights, I require a minimum of 10% of all profits made from my artwork. Details must be discussed privately.I retain the right to use all artworks in my portfolio and commission examples. Please inform me if you'd prefer your commission not be featured.

Content GuidelinesI will not create content that:Promotes racism, bigotry, xenophobia, transphobia, homophobia, ableism, and/or related ideologies.Depicts illegal and/or highly inappropriate themes including but not limited to: bestiality, pedophilia, non-consensual acts and/or proshipping/pro fiction content.Violation will result in an immediate ban and blacklist. If you identify as a pedophile/"MAP"(Minor Attracted Person), zoophile, and/or any similar label and/or consume such content, do not commission me and please seek professional help.NSFW (Not safe for work) artwork will incur a $15 surcharge. I will not create NSFW content that depicts: sexual assault and/or non-consensual violence, CNC (Consensual non consent) must be discussed.

Character Design TermsWhen you purchase a custom or pre-made character design:You own the rights to the character concept, not the original artwork.For anyone who purchases a design with a Toyhou.se profile: you may not delete designs from Toyhou.se without notice or explicit consent.Redesigns of character designs are permitted and encouraged! Minimal or drastic changes to a design are allowed.You may not resell the design for more than you paid unless additional artwork is included.

General ConductI reserve the right to cancel and/or refuse any commission for any reason, including but not limited to:Disrespectful and/or abusive behavior.Content that violates my TOS.Requests that do not align with my style or comfort level.Repeated rudeness and/or harassment may result in commission termination without refund.

Commission Process and TimelinesTurnaround time varies from a few days to several months depending on complexity and the current queue.Daily updates are not guaranteed, but updates will be provided upon request.

Discounts and PromotionsPride-themed artwork is 10% off year-round!All art is free with proof of donation to a credible Palestinian and/or queer aid charity/organization and/or GoFundMe. The more you donate the bigger the piece!

Legal actionViolations of these terms, particularly regarding commercial use and/or unauthorized distribution, may result in civil legal action. You acknowledge and accept this risk when commissioning me.By commissioning me, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to all of the above terms.

BlacklistDo not sell/gift/purchase for/trade my art, designs, etc. with anyone listed here. Do not associate me with these people whatsoever & if you know these people personally or are associated with these people in anyway, do not associate with me.
